The previous application's functions use by Direct Sellers to integrate into WeChat to provide convenience for Chinese immigrant Direct Sellers.
My Role:
My work included User Research, User Interviews, User Journey, User App Flow, Wireframes, Prototypes and User Testing.
Tools:
Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Invision, Words & PowerPoint.

Project Overview
The problem:
Chinese migrant Direct Sellers are immigrants accounted for about 40% of the total, and they are unable to adapt to the original APP. We found that they are easier to use WeChat to form groups to exchange information, and have a strong persistence and adaptive, so we proposed to use WeChat for business.
The solution:
Configuring our original functions with WeChat is existing capabilities, it is easy to satisfy users' requirements (Chinese migrant Direct Sellers) and help the first step in business.

01.Discover
Before even diving into the features of our project, we proposed user journey mapping to touchpoints between WeChat and our platforms.
We conducted an MVP to align business direction by user interviewing the Hong Kong market, Marketing Development & Sales teams. First, we build a prototype to illustrate scenarios and potential features. After, we are doing a focus group study to collect and summarize user pain points and wish lists with recommendations.

User Testing:
The usability test consisted of 6 users and base on 2 scenarios that occur most often in the daily business with the tasks written out to be followed by a user.
User Testing Tasks:

Task 1: Choosing products to add to a shopping cart and process the purchases. Save the shopping list.
